Jon Baker, Intern

Jon Baker, a lifelong Presbyterian, has experienced worship with many faith traditions including Baptist, Roman Catholic and Moravian. While working in the Alaskan bush, he spent two years with Native Alaskan (Yupik Eskimo) students at the Alaska Moravian Seminary.

He is currently in the third year of training for Commissioned Ruling Elder ministry with the Lake Huron Presbytery beginning an internship with Rev. Brackbill for the next six months.

He is a member of First Presbyterian Church of Mt. Pleasant where he lives with his wife Pam. They have four grown children.

Jon is the Director of Operations for CAP-Lab of Lansing and works as a consultant in healthcare infection prevention and epidemiology.
